Holy CRAP guys!!!  I absolutely LOVE bob marley.. I was hoping he would do one of his songs (well my only concern is stoner reference).  But "I shot the sheriff" is SO much one of my favorite songs!  I think he'll do amazing!!!!  I don't know if he'll change it up.. it's kinda perfect for him the way it is.. but we'll see!  I'm also really excited about Mr. tamborine man! 

Of course it's early, and these may not be the real choices.. but I'm so excited if they are!

I am kind of hoping these are not the choices.

I have been so sick for so long of people suggesting that Jason was a stoner and the VFTW site certainly doesn't help. but if this is his choice out of 500 songs, I don't get it.

I really love him, love his positivity and everything else, but to sing a song about shooting a sheriff...I do not think that America will get it.

Over on the AI boards, the Dreadheads are splitting into 2 camps on this rumor. If even DH's are worried about him singing this what will the casual AI audience member think?

I did not want to post anything over there, because I didn't want to add fuel to the fire, but I am really hoping this spoiler is wrong.

I actually really like both of these choices.  I'm with Ivy in that ISTS is one of my favorite songs as well.  I prefer the Clapton version to Marley's but that's just me.  ISTS is one of those songs that I can never stop singing along with.  It has a very catchy beat.  To be perfectly honest I'm one of those people that don't pay that much attention to the lyrics of songs Frown  I would have never seen the underlying meaning behind ISTS if it weren't for the dreadheads talking about it.   Maybe that makes me a bad music fan but I'm willing to bet that there are other voters out there that are the same way.  If they like the way the songs is sang or the beat they're going to vote regardless of what the message is saying.   I'm 32 by the way, my post kind of sounds like I'm young and naive..haha.

Ok, well now on this site, I can't figure out if this guy is joking or not.

I get that he is saying Mr. Tambourine Man is one, but is he saying S&G Sounds of Silence or Da doo run run ?(that seems like a joke to me...)

I have decided to relax and enjoy regardless...he is awesome and he should be in the top 3. I just hope people vote like crazy.

I really hope it's I shot the sheriff.  Love that song.  I think a lot of people know it and I think Jason could really kick it with this song.

At this point he must do something to completely catch everyone's attention.  I think this could be the song.  The other is also good but more expected.  He doesn't need to please the judges anymore, just himself and his fans.
